Two months' rent, fully refundable. It is returned to your bank account within 7 working days of check-out, minus any damage charges agreed at the room inspection.
Both. There is a veg option at every meal and non-veg is served three days a week. Jain and egg-free meals can be arranged on request.
A government photo ID (Aadhaar, passport or driving licence), your college or office ID, two passport-size photos and a parent or emergency contact number.
Parents can visit the lounge any day until 9 pm. We can suggest nearby guest houses for overnight stays.
Yes. If a bed is free you can move to another room or another Commons house once every three months at no extra charge.
